Sabrina Lakhani

Sabrina is a behavioral scientist with the gift of drawing out unconscious beliefs and biases from written text.

Sabrina’s dedication to expansion and growth, inward focus on spirituality, and
international work experience have influenced her strong passion for innovation & social responsibility.
Through her own healing journey, Sabrina mastered attachment science and delivered a TedX talk on it. Sabrina holds an MBA degree from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Babson College.

Zamir Dhanji

Zamir is a holistic counsellor and yoga educator dedicated to individual and group self-actualization. He leads clients in Compassionate Inquiry, a psychotherapeutic approach developed by trauma and addiction expert, Dr. Gabor Maté.

Zamir’s skillfully guides people through the psyche with practical techniques and teachings for embodying presence and releasing limiting patterns. He holds a B.A. from New York University, RYT-500 yoga teacher trainer, and is a certified breathwork facilitator.

Farah Nazarali

Farah is an emotional intelligence trainer who pioneered the integration of conflict resolution skills with yogic practices and Buddhist wisdom. She is also a yoga teacher, workshop facilitator, and retreat leader.

Farah offers a 5-week series called Heart of Conflict which includes non-violent communication principles, conflict resolution & Eastern wisdom for colleges, non-profits, businesses, & private clients. As the founder of Drishti Point Yoga Podcasts, Farah has spent hundreds of hours interviewing & studying with Master Teachers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our program is specifically designed for people like you! The guided journaling component is completely private and confidential. Your journal will only be seen by you, Sabrina, and Zamir. Same goes for your individual one-on-one Compassionate Inquiry sessions.

During group sessions, personal sharing is optional. It is up to each individual how much they would like to participate. You will find that your learning is accelerated by the group process.

We recommend you give yourself about 30 minutes everyday to complete the personalized guided journaling, which may include links to video clips for you to watch, mindfulness and breathing exercises to do, or prompts for you to reflect and respond to.

All workshop calls will be recorded and shared with the group and so you can watch them on your own time. A more detailed schedule will be shared after you sign up.
Attachment trauma affects all our relationships.

We’ve designed this program for ages 22+. It doesn’t matter if you’re single or in a relationship, what’s important is that you are ready to let go of what is holding you back so that you can create the life and relationships you want.

The program is recommended for individuals who have lived independently, away from their birth families for at least some time. This is a crucial life experience for those wanting to know and learn who they are without any external social constraints and expectations.

We created the group program to make this work accessible. Compared to private counseling for instance, when you consider the value per hour for this program, the savings becomes very clear.

It costs just $795 USD for 2 weeks of healing and learning, with daily personal attention, individual sessions and group workshops. Counseling and private interactive journalling with this kind of team and diversity is likely 5x more costly.

We offer payment plans and you can view those after you submit your application and are invited to pay your program fees.

Each cohort will have about 15 participants. We are running this program 4 times a year and you will be notified of your acceptance. When the program is full, you will be put on a waiting list and be informed of the next enrollment or if a space opens up.
In short, you will end up working on the most important themes and relationships in your life. The program is designed to illuminate these and help you shift them – often you will find that they are interconnected. With the support of our team, you will develop new patterns of through and awareness that will ripple through many aspects of your life.
