Patterns to Presence (“the Program”) is a guided self-inquiry program offered by Sabrina Lakhani. By creating an account and using this platform, you agree to these terms.
Sessions 1–3 are free. Continuing beyond session 3 requires a one-time payment of $999. You have 6 weeks to complete the program. Post-program continued journaling is available at $249 per month and can be canceled at any time.
This program is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Sabrina Lakhani is not a licensed therapist. The Program is an educational and personal development experience. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Your journal entries are private. Only your assigned guide(s) can read what you write. We do not share your personal information or journal content with third parties. Client testimonials on this site are shared with explicit permission.
Refunds are available until you book your first live session. Post-program journaling subscriptions can be canceled at any time; no refunds are issued for partial months.
All program content, session materials, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Sabrina Lakhani and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
